These terms of service govern access to and use of the Maginali application by Shopify merchants.

By installing or using the application, you accept these terms. If you do not accept these terms, do not use the application.

1. Service description

Maginali enables:

  • Creating product visuals from Shopify data.
  • AI-assisted image generation and editing.
  • Visual automation through workflows (flows).
  • Viewing performance indicators and billing.

2. Access conditions

  • You must have an active Shopify account with the necessary store permissions.
  • You are responsible for the confidentiality of your Shopify access and merchant environment.
  • You guarantee the accuracy of the data you provide.

3. Merchant obligations

  • Comply with applicable intellectual property and image rights laws.
  • Do not use the application to generate illegal, fraudulent or abusive content.
  • Do not attempt to bypass usage limits or security measures.
  • Review generated visuals before publication.

4. Pricing and billing

  • Billing is executed through Shopify Billing API.
  • Prices and limits are defined in the application and Shopify configuration.
  • The merchant is responsible for all usage generated from their store.

5. Third-party providers

The service relies on technical providers (including Shopify, Supabase, Vercel, AI services). Their availability may impact the service.

6. Availability and maintenance

  • The service is provided on a reasonable basis, without guarantee of uninterrupted availability.
  • Maintenance, fixes or updates may be performed at any time.

7. Intellectual property

The application, its code, interface and documentation are protected by intellectual property rights. No rights are granted beyond a limited right of use within the scope of these terms.

8. Generated content

Visuals created by the merchant through the application belong to the merchant. Maginali does not claim any ownership rights over user-generated content.

9. Limitation of liability

  • Maginali does not guarantee specific results from AI generations.
  • Maginali is not liable for indirect losses, lost profits or consequential damages.
  • Total liability is limited to the amount paid by the merchant over the last 12 months, unless otherwise required by law.

10. Suspension and termination

  • We may suspend or terminate access in case of violation of these terms or abusive use.
  • The merchant may uninstall the application at any time from Shopify.

12. Changes to terms

We may modify these terms. The update date at the top of the page prevails.

13. Applicable law and disputes

These terms are subject to the applicable law of the publisher's country, subject to mandatory consumer protection rules when applicable.
